Our Process

We understand the emotional weight of trauma recovery. CDE Trauma & Bio provides compassionate, discreet, and safety-first trauma & biohazard remediation, ensuring your space is restored with dignity and absolute professional care.

01 — Reach Out to CDE
One call is enough to get started.

Contact CDE 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for confidential assistance. We'll listen to what happened, ask only the questions necessary to understand the situation, determine whether the property has been released when applicable, and explain the next steps.

Private • Compassionate • No Pressure

02 — Confidential Assessment
We assess the situation with care and discretion.

Once we're able to access the property, the affected area is evaluated to determine the extent of contamination and the appropriate remediation approach.

This may include evaluating affected surfaces, flooring, walls, furnishings, personal belongings and areas where contamination may have traveled beyond what is immediately visible.

Your privacy remains a priority throughout the process.

We establish rigid safety perimeters and containment barriers to protect the rest of your property and ensure a controlled, safe environment for the recovery team.

03 — Clear Scope & Transparent Pricing
You'll understand the plan before work begins.

We'll explain what needs attention, what can potentially be restored, what may need to be removed, and the anticipated cost of the work.

Our philosophy is simple:
No unnecessary services. No confusing surprises. No taking advantage of someone during a difficult moment.

If previously hidden conditions change the necessary scope, we'll communicate those findings before additional work proceeds.

04 — Professional Remediation
We take care of the affected space so you don't have to.

The remediation process can include appropriate containment, removal of affected materials, cleaning, disinfection, contamination control, odor-source removal and handling of biohazardous materials according to the requirements applicable to the situation.

The objective isn't simply to make an area look clean.
It's to address the affected environment responsibly and restore the space as appropriate.

05 — Restoration & Recovery
From affected space toward a restored space.

Some situations extend beneath carpet, flooring, drywall, baseboards or other building materials.

When deeper material removal or reconstruction is necessary, we'll explain what was discovered and the next steps required to restore the property.

Where work falls outside CDE's licensed or insured scope, it should be coordinated with appropriately qualified contractors rather than represented as work CDE performs directly.

Our Commitment to Safety
